Welcome to Kidbridge Learning Centers, where we take pride in delivering exceptional quality child care on the South Shore. Since 2011, we have assembled a dynamic team of dedicated local moms who share our passion for providing the best care possible. Our administrative office is staffed with a highly skilled team, including an Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director, Director of Education and Staff Development, and Director of Compliance. Working in partnership with our Center Directors and families, our team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care, with the health and safety of the children in our care as our top priority. We believe in giving back to our community through outreach initiatives and continually strive to improve our services. Holly Sheils
Business Manager
Holly Sheils is a highly experienced Business Manager and co-owner at KBLC, bringing a wealth of knowledge to our team.
With a B.S. Degree in Business Management from Bridgewater State College, as well as additional college credits in Early Childhood Education, Holly is well-equipped to oversee the daily operations of our centers. Raised in Duxbury, she has deep roots in the South Shore community and is passionate about providing quality child care to local families.
As a mother of four, she is intimately familiar with the needs of parents and children alike, and works closely with her team to ensure that Kidbridge delivers the highest standard of care possible.
Holly is a nature enthusiast and is committed to incorporating outdoor activities into our programming whenever possible. At Kidbridge, we are dedicated to providing the same level of care that Holly demands and delivers for her own children and Doanne’s grandchildren.

Shannon Messina
Executive Director
Shannon Messina is a highly skilled Executive Director who has been a valuable member of our KBLC team since 2019.
With over 10 years of experience in the Early Education field, she has a deep understanding of the needs of children and staff alike. Shannon earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Bridgewater State University and is deeply committed to providing exceptional care to all children under our care.
As a devoted mother of two, both of whom attend Kidbridge, she is intimately familiar with the joys and challenges of parenthood, and works tirelessly to ensure that our centers provide the highest quality care possible.
When not working, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and taking advantage of the great outdoors.

Michelle Welch
Compliance Manager
Michelle Welch is a highly experienced Compliance Manager at KBLC, bringing over 30 years of expertise in Early Childhood Education to our team.
With an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Director II Certification, Michelle is well-versed in the regulations and standards that govern our industry. She has been a valuable member of our team since 2012, and is deeply committed to ensuring that our centers provide the highest level of care possible.
Michelle’s passion for working with children is evident in her frequent visits to our classrooms, where she takes the time to get to know each child and their unique needs. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time at the beach with her two adult daughters.

Amanda Bacon
Director of Administration
My name is Amanda Bacon, and I currently hold the position of Director of Education and Staff Development. My passion for observing children’s growth and learning has been the driving force behind my career in the Early Education field, which I have been a part of since 2002. Over the years, I have held various roles such as a student teacher, educator, and director.
My dedication to professional growth and development led me to quickly obtain the EEC qualifications for Director 2 upon completing high school. I earned my Associate’s degree in Early Education in 2011, and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2023. Moreover, I am set to commence my Masters program at Fisher in the upcoming fall semester.
With 14 years of experience in the classroom and an additional 7 years of experience in a supervisory role, I have honed my skills in guiding and supporting children and educators alike. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my three children aged 12, 8, and 2, as well as my husband. Our shared interests include camping and outdoor activities
Courtney Campbell
Kingston Center
Courtney Campbell has been with Kidbridge for a year. She will be the director at our upcoming Kingston center. She has been in the Early Childhood field for over 10 years and has recently had the pleasure of running her own Licensed Family Child Care. Working with children and families is her greatest passion. She has two amazing daughters, McKenzie(5) and Hayden (7 months). In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children and husband.
Alicia Clifford
Co-Directors of Pembroke
Alicia Clifford is the Pembroke center director and has been working with children for over 20 years. She has been with Kidbridge for 5 years. She has a degree in early childhood and has been working in all types of classrooms, but Infant are her favorite. She has 4 kids, 2 stepdaughters, and a dog named Lola. Alicia also teaches dance at Marie Little Austin School of Dance in Rockland.

Hello! My name is Amy Gagnon and I have been working in the child care field for 33 years! I truly love working with children and their families. I have my EEC Director II certification and take my role as Director very seriously. It is my goal to always provide a safe, comfortable and happy environment for all of the children who attend Kidbridge Learning Center. I am a mother of three wonderful children, Nicholas, Kelcee and Zachary. They are my greatest accomplishment and I take much pride in watching them grow into the wonderful adults they have become! In my spare time I am an avid reader and I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am excited to be a part of the Kidbridge Family!
Drew Sheils
Head of Maintenance
Drew Sheils became a valued member of the Kidbridge team in 2023. In addition to his role at Kidbridge, Drew is also recognized as Holly Sheils’ husband, and the couple is proud parents to four children. Prior to joining Kidbridge, Drew successfully led his own contracting and remodeling company, Sheils Remodeling and Construction, for a decade. His extensive experience in managing various aspects of construction and project development has greatly contributed to his versatility in his current role.
At Kidbridge, Drew actively assists Holly in the daily oversight of the center’s operations. His dedication is evident in his willingness to engage with children on the playground, whether they are toddlers or preschoolers, as well as lending a helping hand in maintenance tasks both within and around the Kidbridge centers.
The Kidbridge community deeply appreciates Drew’s tireless efforts and his commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all the children under our care. His dedication and hard work remain instrumental in our mission to provide exceptional child care services.
Sarah K
Norwell Director
Sarah Kruszkowski joined Kidbridge of Norwell in October 2021, bringing with her 12 years of experience in the field of Early Education. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Westfield State College, demonstrating her dedication to pursuing higher education and her commitment to providing quality education to young children.
Sarah is a devoted mother of two sons, Harrison and Walter, and is eagerly awaiting the arrival of her third son, Cooper. She enjoys spending her free time going on adventures with her family, camping, and cooking. Her passion for exploring new experiences reflects her eagerness to provide a stimulating and engaging learning environment for the children she works with.
Sarah’s enthusiasm for joining the Kidbridge family is a testament to her commitment to fostering a strong community of learning and growth. Her skills, experience, and personal values make her a valuable asset to the Kidbridge team and a dedicated educator for the children she serves.
